BlockShear ™ Master Warranty
BLOCK SHEAR LLC. herein warrants each new shear of its manufacture to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service as follows:
Shear blades and frame weldment: guaranteed for one year from date
of purchase.
Hydraulic equipment: guaranteed for one hundred and twenty (120)
days from date of purchase.
BLOCK SHEAR LLC. obligation under this warranty is limited to
replacement of any defective part or material and normal labor. This
warranty excludes the responsibility by BLOCK SHEAR LLC. for the
cost of transportation or any other cost arising out of such
replacement in excess of this standard Warranty Reimbursement
program.
This warranty shall not apply to damage, in whole or in part, from
cutting natural or quarried stone with the masonry splitter or any shear which has been subject to
misuse, negligence, or any shear which is modified by personnel who
are not BLOCK SHEAR LLC’s factory personnel.
BLOCK SHEAR LLC. neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for
it any other obligation or liability in connection with products of
BLOCK SHEAR LLC’s.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY RESPONSIBILITY BY BLOCKSHEAR, LLC. FOR LOSS OF
PRODUCT, FREIGHT COST ADVANCED IN/OUT, DOWN TIME, ETC. OR
OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE INCURRED AT ANY TIME. THE
PRESENT IS ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO BLOCK SHEARS AND MASONRY SHEARS
MANUFACTURED BY BLOCK SHEAR LLC. AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
Replacement parts are subject to a NINETY (90) day warranty and are
specifically excluded from the master warranty program.
